TRIAL QUESTIONS

Q. Are all of your products offered on a trial?
A. Most of our product packages are available on trial. We do this to ensure that businesses of all sizes have an opportunity to try a new product with no risk. Please contact a sales consultant to discuss which trial packages are available to you. Call 888-27DREAM or click the Become a Customer link.

Q. How long is a product trial?
A. Once your trial order ships from our facility, you will have 37 days to decide if the product is a good fit for your store. This allows you to have the product in your store for at least a month.

Q. How do I return my product trial if I decide not to keep it?
A. Simply call your DayDream sales consultant within 37 days of your invoice date and let them know you would like to return your trial. We will provide you with a return authorization code to write on the package before shipping back to us. This will ensure accurate processing of your return. Note: the package does not have to arrive back at our facility within 37 days, we simply need to hear from you within 37 days and begin processing your return.

Q. Is the trial free?
A. DayDream does not charge you anything for the product trial. However, we want to make you aware that if you decide that the product is not a good fit for your store, you will need to pay for the postage to return the product to DayDream in resalable condition as well as any products sold or kept. (Postage will differ by product and your location.)

Q. Can any individual order a card directly from DayDream?
A. No, DayDream products currently sell through retailers across the country. We would be happy to find a retailer in your area or an online retailer who offers our products. Call 888-27DREAM or email sales@daydreamcards.com to find a retailer.

Q. Can I order online?
A. Once you have established a DayDream account for your business by speaking with one of our sales consultants, you will have the ability to log in to our website and place orders. Businesses without an established account are not able to place orders at this time.

Q. What payment methods are available?
A. DayDream accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. Net 30 or split 30/60 day terms are also available with approved credit.

Q. What is the minimum opening order?
A. There is no set dollar amount for opening a DayDream account. Click the Become a Customer link or call 888-27DREAM to discuss which product line would be best for your store.

A. $10.00 for all items except Special Names.

Q. How do I get a DayDream account?
A. Click on the Become a Customer link to submit your store's information to a DayDream sales consultant or call 888-27DREAM. Your consultant will advise you on our product lines and set up your account.

Q. How do I log in on daydreamcards.com?
A. If you are an existing DayDream customer, contact your sales consultant for your log-in information. If you are not already a DayDream customer, please begin by clicking the Become a Customer link so that we may establish your account first.

Q. Why don't all of my orders show up on my Order History?
A. Your order history will only show orders placed through daydreamcards.com. Orders placed by phone, fax, or email will not be shown.

Q. Why don't I see product pricing on your site?
A. Wholesale pricing is only available to our qualifying retailers. If you are a DayDream retailer, please log in to view pricing and place your orders. For log-in help please see the log in FAQ above.

Q. What kind of displays do you offer?
A. Our displays range from small countertop displays to full size floor stands, depending on the product line(s) you wish to carry. Displays are shown throughout the website with the products they hold and their dimensions. If space is a concern, please speak with a sales consultant about the best option for your store.

Q. What is a Special Name?
A. Special Names are a feature of our DreamName line. If a customer wishes to purchase a name that is not in our collection, a retailer may request the name from DayDream. DayDream will create the requested name card and send it to the retailer. Special Names are exempt from minimum reorder requirements. Special shipping fees may be available to retailers with a qualifying display and current account.

A. Special Names can only be sent to the retailer who requested the name.

A. At this time, Special Names must be ordered directly from your sales consultant via phone, fax or email.
